Yeh i'm scrapping the shell, just wanted to keep the solid rear 1/4 panels and a few other bits that i could use on my VT in the future.
Was painfull to cut a solid shell up, but i don't have much room at home since i got the legend 
Oh and i did all that with an air saw

So between the 2 of you...you have ruined a perfectly good GL!   There are only 750-ish hatchbacks left in the UK according to the DVLA....this doesn't help!

"Ruined" i see it as recycling.
Gizmo's recycling the engine.
I'm recycling the body panels
Tbh i would have considered using the shell for a project car, but i already have a Project car, my VT 
Oh well, this makes it 749

i agree with Pete
its better to have a VGC shell then VGC chopped out arches
seems a bit backwards if you ask me
im know ive scrapped two Shuttles, but they both had major issues
